What do you love most about your home?

The size is what first drew me to the flat. When I was making the purchase, I looked at many other places, but everything within my budget was so tiny in size in comparison.

Added to that was the fantastic location - both in terms of its proximity to transports, shops, bars and restaurants, and also the flat itself being set back from the street with no apartment either side or above. Added to its double glazed windows, and it is so quiet and peaceful

I also love the storage in the loft - such a rarity with London flats!

Why are you moving?

I'm starting a new business, so am selling the flat to help fund the startup costs!

What do you love about the area?

I love that there are plenty of cosy pubs right on the doorstep, along with some great local restaurants at the end of the street.

There's also easy access to the Piccadilly line, which is one straight ride to Heathrow Airport!
