What do you love about the flat?
This was a first purchase for me, I was working in the West End and the City, so location and transport links were a priority, being close to the tube with 3 lines, zone 2, plus easy access to the A4 & M4. I love my home as it's quiet and peaceful, with high ceilings, and being larger than average, there is a sense of space. With a private patio area to look out onto, and communal gardens adjacent. I love the Edwardian architecture with its solid build and feel completely secure. Being close to the iconic Hammersmith bridge too, a piece of history on the doorstep!

Why are you moving?
I have owned this flat for many years and it is time to move on. I have rented the property over the latter years successfully enough to allow me to live elsewhere as cash flow hasn't been a problem.

What will you miss about the area?
The area has much to offer being close to the river, lovely walks, iconic pubs, and convenient transport links. There is so much choice within easy reach and something for everyone - the ultra modern refurbished Riverside Studios, nearby Brasserie Blanc; amazing food & wine. Or why not sit where Cromwell once sat in the Doves public house! The tranquility of just being by the river Thames and all that it has to offer, with easy access to the towpath, walks to Chiswick, or East to Bishops Park, Fulham Palace and beyond... I have never tired of the surrounding area.
