What do you love most about your home?

  • - It's ridiculously bright. Floor to ceiling windows downstairs and half the wall height is glass upstairs.
    - I love that it's a duplex - I like going ''upstairs to bed''.
    - I find it quiet and peaceful and I am often woken by the birds in the morning.
    - I face east and have my morning cup of tea on my balcony, in the sun when it decides to come out.

Why are you moving?
  • -Unfortunately, I need to move to be closer to family. I have loved my years in this flat and would stay if I could.

What do you love about the area?
Simply too many things, this is by far my favourite part of London. Here's a few examples:
  • - I can walk almost anywhere - from multiple parks (Primrose Hill, Regent's Park, Hyde Park, Green Park, St James' Park) to Oxford Street. It's a little dangerous having Selfridges just 10 minutes' walk away!
    - Marylebone High St and the village vibe is really unique and has a wonderful feel.
    - Amazing and unique restaurants (not just the regular chains) and shops from practical to fantastic window shopping.
    - I find the residents of Marylebone to be respectful, cosmopolitan and that there's a real sense of community spirit.
