What do you love most about your property?
Among the many new builds and high rise blocks going up all around the area, I love living in a unique period property with a storied history. Flat feels much bigger than it is, with really high ceilings and large, tall windows throughout providing lots of light throughout the day.
The balcony terrace is a perfect space for breakfast in the morning, bbq's throughout the summer and evening drinks while the sun sets. The views span from Battersea power station to the houses of parliament to the London Eye.

Why are you moving?
After having lived here for over 12 years and having a brilliant time living in central London and being so well connected, I would like to move on to a larger property and settle into life a bit further outside of central London.

What do you love most about the area.
Just three minutes walk away is Myatt's field park. A beautiful Victorian park with a gorgeous cafe selling coffee, cakes and cocktails in the evening. The park has a real community feel and it was included in the New York Times 52 places to love in 2021 list.
Transport links are great, just a 10 mins walk to Loughborough junction for the Thameslink (into the City and Kings cross and on to Luton airport) and 15mins walk to either Brixton or Stockwell tube. Excellent bus services just 4 mins walk away. Just a few minutes walk is the excellent modern Indian restaurant Booma Brixton, one of the best Indian restaurants in London. And just a short walk away is Brixton village, home to countless bars, restaurants and shops. There's basically always something to see or do and probably not enough time to do it all!
