From the moment I saw it, I loved this flat. It's always light and airy, with high ceilings and period features like the fanlight, the wooden floors and comfortably sized rooms. The feature fireplace is always fun! I've enjoyed living here and entertaining friends - they always say 'what a lovely flat!' I started working from home 10 years ago and decided to make the front bedroom a study, with a full size double bed for visitors easy to drop down in no time. The back bedroom is also a good sized double. My little secret is the utility room, so good to have somewhere to hide things as well as a place for the laundry.
I'm moving, reluctantly, to be on the ground floor as I'm not getting any younger.
