What do you love most about your home?
First, the location. Living next door to Battersea Park and the Power Station is prime and couldn't recommend it enough. The flat itself is pretty unique. Having its own front door was a real selling point to me when buying as usually that's not an option. The layout is simple and makes living there very stress free when working long hours and having busy weekends. Another big bonus is it's very cost effective when it comes to bills (always a nice perk).

Why are you moving?
Now looking for a 2 bed to grow into over the coming years.

What do you love about the area?
Having everything you need within a 5 min walk whilst not feeling like you live in an overly built-up area is a big plus. Just around the corner are great coffee shops, supermarkets and gyms. To be able to say the Kings Road is my local shopping spot is pretty cool and only a 20min walk away. Finally, the transport links are ideal. The new northern line tube extension on the doorstep alongside the option of the overground into Victoria or Waterloo makes it super easy to get around. Also, if you're feeling fancy you can jump on the Uber boat which will take you anywhere along the river! All in all, a great area that will only get better as the Power Station gets finished!
