What do you love most about your home?
I love sitting in the garden in the summer, its great for having friends over for meals. It also lets light come in through the whole flat as the garden doors face the hallway. The fact that it has two bathrooms means you can have privacy if you have a tenant or guests to stay. I also love the light that comes in through the living rooms windows, it means the whole flat is bright. The windows were also recently replaced by the previous owner which means we barely put the heating on, we get the heat from the flat below so we are always warm without having to use up energy.

Why are you moving?
I am moving to be closer to my friends and family in North London.

What do you love about the area?
You are right in-between Clapham and Brixton which offers such variety. Clapham has great lunch and brunch spots and Brixton is great for nights out. Both offer very different atmospheres so you will never get  bored. You are within walking distance of Clapham Common, which is great for a weekend stroll with many pubs to choose from at the end of it! You are also on the same road as Clapham North tube which means getting around is super quick. Brixton station and Clapham Common Station are also not far away.
