Full description

Accommodation comprises entrance hall with inbuilt storage and further utility cupboard, leading into the bright and spacious, open plan reception/kitchen with ample space for both relaxing and dining, and flooded with natural light from large dual aspect windows. The kitchen area comprises a modern range of matching white fronted wall and base units with work surfaces and metro-tiled splash-back, incorporating inset sink unit, gas hob with overhead extractor and electric oven below, and further space for appliances. There are two well sized double bedrooms, each with inbuilt wardrobes, plus a stylish family bathroom with modern white three piece suite and elegant metro-tiling.

The property is very conveniently located within easy access of Raynes Park, Wimbledon Chase and Motspur Park stations, as well as regular bus routes, all providing excellent fast and frequent connections into Central London and to the surrounding area. The A3 is also close-by for good vehicular access and the area is well served by a variety of shops and amenities, as well as lovely open spaces. Neighbouring Wimbledon is within easy reach for a wider variety of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as excellent leisure facilities, and underground rail services.

What the sellers says:

What do you love most about your home?

We love how much storage we have in the flat with all the built-in cupboards and particularly with access to the loft. It's very quiet here which helps when working from home (along with superfast internet connection) as well as being a great place to relax in. Being on the top floor means our home is warm and cosy while benefiting from loads of natural light through the large windows. If it's a clear evening, we also get to see some beautiful sunsets!

Why are you moving?

Having recently got married and as we start to think about the future, we are looking to move closer to family.

What do you love about the area?

We really love how close we are to lots of green spaces. Cannon Hill Common is less than 5 minutes' walk away, as are the playing fields next to the David Lloyd Centre, although we benefit from access to the communal garden which has been great to enjoy over summer. Being less than 10 minutes' walk from Raynes Park Station and town is so handy, with a few local supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury's & Coop) and some great local restaurants - Babylon has been our favourite regular weekend brunch spot.
