What do you love most about your home?
Our ground floor flat with its own front door is warm in the winter due to our underfloor heating and cool in the summer. We love our separate cosy living room, original wooden floors, our garden which we have renamed the sun deck as in the height of the summer it gets a full day of sunlight. We love our friendly, quiet, residential road means there is little to no urban noise day or night.

Why are you moving?
We are about to start a family and need more space.

What do you love about the area?
We are just around the corner from our local coffee shop stir and artisan green grossers shop Ashby's and trendy hairdresser Cut Throat. A little further by foot is Abberville Road- which is great for quiet friendly pubs, there is a ginger pig butcher and a Gails bakery for that trusty warm loaf of bread and flat white on a Sunday morning. A 15 minute walk down Brixton hill will take you to the hustle and bustle of Brixton where you have the wonderful Brixton market for some fantastic restaurants and bars, the Brixton O2 academy for music events, and gigs. Our favorite local park is Brockwell park which is great for a Sunday walk, stopping at Herne Hill market for an artisan sausage role or chocolate brownie.
