Some words from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
It is a very spacious flat thanks to the split-level layout, tall ceilings, large living room and separate kitchen that is big enough to dine in. It has original features and great natural light. The third bedroom comes in very useful as an office and for storage. Also, the street is quiet and we're not overlooked at the front or back.
Why are you moving?
Our family has expanded so are looking to move to a house in this same neighbourhood.
What do you love about the area?
The area has beautiful green spaces, zone 2 transport links, independent stores, an arthouse cinema and a wealth of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs. It's easy to head into Brixton but Streatham Hill, Brixton Hill, Tulse Hill and Herne Hill are all nearby and have plenty going on too. The perfect Sunday is a stroll through Brockwell Park to Herne Hill market then lunch at The White Horse.
