Comments from the owner:

What do you love most about your home?
There are so many things I love about this flat - the abundance of light, the natural oak block parquet floor, the large light-filled kitchen, the fact that I see trees outside every window, it has so much in-built storage, the fact that it's just across from Wimbledon Common - and given I'm on the back of the property it's always quiet - I can't even hear the traffic from my balcony. It's also convenient to have parking just outside the block entrance.

Why are you moving?
I am moving to a different part of London.

What do you love about the area?
It's beautiful - Wimbledon Common and Wimbledon Park are very near, as are several high streets - there are so many great restaurants, cafes and pubs to choose from for nights out and weekend lunches. There are also excellent and convenient options for shopping.
