What do we love about the home?

We love the open plan kitchen and dining space that flows into the garden through the bifold doors, extending the living space into the established garden. The spacious garden is ideal for entertaining with wide decking and extended garden seating. Tried and tested, we comfortably hosted 60 people and a band for our wedding after-party in this adaptive, inside/outside space. The large master bedroom is flooded with morning light and boasts expansive views down the tree-lined streets. The double bath with a waterfall shower head and ceiling speakers in the family bathroom is as luxurious for relaxing as it is practical for bath-time.

Why are you moving?

After 10 very happy years in this house, we are ready for the next adventure, a bit further out of London for our growing family.

What do you love about the area?

Through street parties, What's App & Facebook groups there is a real sense of supportive and friendly community in our street. It's quiet and treelined and a quick walk into Earlsfield where its array of fabulous independent shops, cafes, a family butcher, Gail's bakery, and choice of pubs (with generous beer gardens!) continue the village feel. There are two reputable primary schools a short walk away and the green spaces and playgrounds of King Georges Park and the beautiful Wandsworth Common are easily accessed. Earlsfield station has regular trains just 20 min into London Waterloo and the District Line of Southfields tube station can also be reached by a 20 min walk. Council tax is also the cheapest in the country!
