Comments from the owner:

What do you love most about your home?

I love the original features, high ceilings and spacious rooms. The working fireplace is such a joy in winter and the abundance of natural light in the living room make this a great space day and night. The kitchen is only a few years old and with room for a dining table, i have had many a great night with friends spent there.

The garden make a fantastic entertaining space, with sunshine all day long. The flat has a large amount of in built storage and being share of freehold has made it simple and quick to sort out any maintenance.

Why are you moving?

It is with a heavy heart that i leave Earlsfield, I have stayed in the flat for 5 years but i am now looking to move somewhere with a little more space for family to come and stay.

What do you love about the area?

The flat is on a quiet road close to both Wandsworth Town and Earlsfield. Earslfield has a great community vibe, with independent coffee shops, plenty of gyms, pubs and restaurants and Wandsworth Town has access to amenities such as the large supermarket, shopping centre as well as the new ram brewery development. Earlfield is also a vibrant area with lots of young singles and families.

I really appreciate the wealth of green spaces on my doorstep such as the gorgeous wandsworth common and king georges park. The location is very accessible, earlsfield station is 12 mins away with regular trains to waterloo and out to surrey. Tooting broadway is a short bus journey for the northern line and southfields tube for the district line, a 20 mins walk.
