Comments from the owner:

What do you love most about your home?

It's fantastic living in a new-build flat, we have floor to ceiling windows that offer stunning views of London and loads of light. The building is striking and we feel so proud living in such a modern development. There's a great communal feel and we've particularly enjoyed watching the city's fireworks from the roof terrace with neighbours. The flat itself is perfect for us with a great open layout to host friends and also a cosy space for chilling out.

Why are you moving?

We've actually lived in the area for the past 7 years (our previous flat being opposite Mapleton Crescent) and we love this area. However, we're now looking for our first house and would also like a garden for our new puppy.

What do you love about the area?

There are so many amenities on our doorstep from supermarkets (Waitrose and Sainsburys) to coffee shops, restaurants and gyms. There are also 2 cinemas, so we take full advantage of our Cineworld membership!

There's a fantastic choice of parks with King George's Park next door (which has tennis courts) and Wandsworth Park a few minutes walk away. We love running and cycling so these spaces are great, plus we can head down the Thames Path for a scenic route!

We're a short walk to Wandsworth Town, Earlsfield, and Southfields which offer heaps of independent bars and restaurants, our favourites being By The Horns brewery for local beers, Café Fleur for the best brunch, and Story Coffee for the perfect pick me up.

The transport links are fantastic; from Wandsworth Town station it's only 3 mins by train to Clapham Junction and 15 mins to Waterloo. The district line isn't far away in Putney, plus Wandsworth Pier offers Clipper boat services which is a great way to get to the city. We're also on so many bus routes which is ideal for local trips, and the night bus from central London which has come in handy a few times!
