Comments From The Owner:

What do we love most about our home? We fell in love with the original features, lovely high ceilings and big bay windows. There's loads of light, and the private side-entrance and patio are great for breakfast and dinner outside. Having a separate kitchen really suits us. There's loads of storage too, with built in wardrobes and a big cellar for the wine and the bikes.

Why are we moving? After years of enjoying easy access to central London and work in Surrey, we're downsizing in London and taking a second place in Lincolnshire for family reasons. We've enjoyed the flat just as the two of us, and when we shared it with another couple. We'd love to keep hold of it if we could!

What do we love about the area? If you know the area, you'll know that the transport into and out of central London is ridiculously good. Plus, everything you might need from shops to bars is here at Southside, St Johns Hill or Northcote Road, all a short walk away. Walks and cycles on the river are always a good idea, and Wandsworth Common is right next to us for a jog, session with the PT or a family picnic. We love The East Hill pub, the Alma when the rugby's on, Press for a coffee and Kaosarn for a BYOB Thai feast. There's also Backyard Cinema which opened recently and has got it all, cinema, eateries, music and cocktails on tap, it's a great place to take visitors.
