What do you love most about your home?

We love living here! The underfloor heating throughout the flat makes for a cosy and economic winter, and light floods in through the windows year round. The balcony is a sun trap, and was a godsend during lockdown.  There is secure underground parking, and with the flat looking out onto so much greenery, it's easy to forget you're in zone 2!

Why are you moving?

We're moving out of the area to be closer to our families!

What do you love about the area?

The flat is close to all the green space of Wandsworth and Clapham common, and the great transport links and amenities of Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Town and Earlsfield station.

Our favourite evenings are a short walk away on Bellevue road, where there are many independent local restaurants.

The Flat's location enables access to many amazing London strolls, including through the Commons, along the Thames path into Chelsea and on a more adventurous day up to Hyde Park.
