Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
We love the decent-sized balcony complete with river view (one to watch at sunset), the modern and clean apartment design that offers a luxury vibe, the condensation-preventing ventilation system — the concierge service is ideal too with helpful staff on hand to help with queries and receive deliveries. Wandsworth Town station is a nine min walk away and Clapham Junction station is close by too - so great links to central London and the south.
Why are you moving?
We're after a bit more space.
What do you love about the area?
The riverside: perfect for walks (or running if that's your thing), to watch the world go by with a coffee or bev at one of the pubs. The area feels safe. Southside shopping centre is a short walk from the apartment - as is Old York Road if you're into smaller independent shops, cafes and restaurants. There's a sense of community; most pubs are full and lively at the weekend.
