What do you love most about your home?
It has been hard to whittle them down! One of the things which attracted us to the place was how high spec, beautiful and modern the refurbishment of the place was before we bought it - and the quality has stayed the same four years later. The kitchen feels like it was redmodelled yesterday. Features such as wine fridge, built in TVs in every room, surround sound speakers in the walls and ceilings, special lighting with ipad control - all really elevates our living experience and helps to feel like we live in an incredibly high end house! The huge garden - south facing with sun literally all day - it was an absolute god send in lockdown! And finally the amazing neighbours - Justin above us is so caring and helpful and such a trusted person. Will and Fay on the right and Lisa and Will on the left are so lovely too - everyone is friendly, considerate and just great people. Leaving them is actually something we are really sad about!

Why are you moving?
We're really sad to leave but are moving a bit further out of town into the place where we can grow our family :)

What do you love about the area?
It's brilliant being such a short walk away from Tooting common with loads of green space, but then also down the road we have Tooting Market & Broadway Market which are so buzzing with a new bar or restaurant opening basically every month! There are so many great pubs near by - the Rose and Crown round the corner and the Wheatsheaf at Tooting Bec, and lots of lovely independent coffee shops too. Having all that so close by during lock down was so important. And we feel so connected too, with nearby Northern line at Tooting Bec & Broadway, or Balham just a 20 minute walk away. We've lived in the Balham and Tooting area since moving to London in 2012 and even though we keep looking at other parts of London we've always kept coming back!
