Comments from the owners: What do you love about your home? We fell in love with all of the period features in the flat. The ornate fireplaces, wooden beam which travels across part of the hallway and the original wooden flooring is what initially attracted us to this property. We also love the original sash windows which allow plenty of light into the flat.   The kitchen is really well sized and allowed us to have a table and chairs in there for quick and easy mealtimes. This room also conveniently leads directly into the garden so you can keep the door open during the hotter months which is a real treat. There is also a massive window in this room which allows plenty of sunlight to flood the room and hallway. Why are you moving? We are only moving because we are a growing family and would like to have a larger garden and indoor space. What do you love about the area? We absolutely adore the area. A firm favourite is Moyser Road which houses the most incredible brunch spot: Cut the Mustard. It serves homemade sourdough bread and yummy homemade brunches with all the trimmings. You can have old-style American pancakes or a full English breakfast with locally sourced free-range eggs and meat. Next to this little gem is an amazing Italian restaurant called Naked, which serves homemade sourdough pizzas and the most amazing pasta dishes. We will really miss these being on our doorstep! The whole road has such a community feel and it′s only 5 minutes from our flat. If you walk a further 5 minutes down the road you end up in Tooting Common which is where we walk our dog twice a day. It has a huge expanse of open green space and you can even pop to the well-known lido in the summer months which is really amazing. Credenhill Street is one of the area′s most desirable streets and offers an excellent location for access to Streatham Common and Streatham main station. The flat is also near some really excellent primary and secondary schools including Graveney and Penwortham.
