Comments from the owner:

1. What do you love most about your home?
In this flat I love coming in my own front door, feeling safe and comfortable in the bright living space, and heading downstairs to the quiet bedroom haven at the end of the day. When I'm looking out the kitchen window into the garden it feels a long way from the South Circular yet only 5 mins up the road.

2. Why are you moving?
I've been very happy here for 8 years, I've just found another space for the next phase of my life. I'm literally moving down the road!

3. What do you love about the area?
It is so handy, with the mainline train only fifteen minutes to Waterloo. From the underground station, you can be at Heathrow in an hour and for less than £2. There are a range of coffee shops all with great coffee and cake. The Thames Path is great for a stroll along the river and is only 10 mins away. I also love Richmond Park with its expanse of parkland, which is ten minutes the other way. For something slightly more taxing there is the Daley Fitness at the bottom of the road, where Daley Thompson (Olympic Decathlete) will put you through your paces at his weekly circuits class.
