What the owner says: What do you love most about your home? We love the space especially on the ground floor which flows through the whole house and into the garden. It has been wonderful for our children to grow and to run around whilst allowing us to combine playing with them, and getting on with family tasks. We particularly love our garden which isn′t overlooked, westward-facing and a perfect size for the kids to play. The master bedroom suite is an excellent size for us and having 3 other good size bedrooms and multiple bathrooms means there has been plenty of space for the family including some good storage options in the cellar and eves. We also loved the combination of the traditional Victorian terrace with its classic London brickwork and a modern interior. It has been our ideal home. Why are you moving? We are moving to be closer to our parents to provide support. What do you love about the area? Putney is an amazingly family-friendly area with a wealth of activities having the river Thames and easy access to the City. Being able to walk and cycle most places has been lovely. The primary schools are incredible – there are 3 Ofsted outstanding schools on the doorstep and the whole family love the school our children go to. They are all relatively small 1 form entry with high parent involvement so you get a real sense of community with the benefits of living in London. We will miss the school, the runs by the river, the summer drinks with friends on the common, family cycle rides in Richmond Park to name but a few.
