Property Details:

This fabulous two double bedroom top floor flat is offered in beautiful condition throughout. A bright and airy lounge leads down some steps to a modern fitted kitchen diner and bathroom. With a wealth of original features from the wooden flooring in hallway and lounge, to the original fireplaces, copious built in storage and high ceilings, viewing of this property is highly recommended. This property also benefits with access to a Private Garden at the rear.

Ravenslea Road is a quiet residential road in the ever-popular Nightingale Triangle. It is within walking distance to the lovely green spaces of Wandsworth Common, and an abundance of local shops and amenities including those on Northcote Road and Bellevue Parade. The property is close to the transport links of both Wandsworth Common and Balham national rail with access to Victoria and the northern line.

Comments from the owner:

What do you love most about your home? We were initially attracted to the property due to the size of the living spaces and two great double bedrooms. The high ceilings, period features and natural light make this a great place to live. Having lived on the other side of Balham previously we also enjoyed the access to Bellevue Road and Wandsworth Common on the doorstep. We loved hosting barbecues in the large garden which can accommodate a good number of people. Being a top floor flat you feel extremely secure and have great views over the surrounding area with Battersea Power station and The Shard visible on clear days.

Why are you moving? We moved to the other side of the common for more space in order to start a family as well as allow visitors their own space.

What do you love about the area? The close proximity to Bellevue Road's pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops always comes in handy and a walk around Wandsworth Common is pleasant for all seasons in the year. The transport links in the area are tremendous with the overland train two minutes away, Tube ten minutes and a bus stop at the end of the road.
