Every room has loads of natural light and you see trees and greenery from every window. The south-facing balcony means you can soak up the sun from early spring to autumn. The flat is seconds away from Balham High Street but you would not know it as there is little noise, making the flat very peaceful. The block has a good community feel, is well maintained and is very secure. Why are you moving? We are moving to get more space for our growing family but will be staying in Balham as we love the area. What do you love about the area? Balham is a great place to live because it has a little bit of everything; lovely cafes like Nata's where they make the best Portuguese custard tarts, and restaurants like Arlo's with amazing steaks, or the many brunch options on and around Hildreth Street and lot's of local pubs with big beer gardens like the Devonshire just around the corner from the flat. In addition to the vibrant high street you are also always close to greenery, with Clapham, Tooting and Wandsworth Commons only about 10 minutes' walk away.
