What do you love most about your home? The fact that this is a gated development was a huge plus for me - when I bought the property I was a single female, and I have always felt really safe and secure living here. There is a wonderful community feel here; the block has its own Facebook group where residents share information and arrange the occasional communal BBQ on the roof terrace. This community feel extends to the whole street too - many of the street's residents have lived here their whole life and, as a result, there is a real community spirit. There is no pressure whatsoever to participate but I've always loved the friendly atmosphere.




Why are you moving? We have recently become parents and so we are now looking to scale up to a property with its own garden, where our little one can run around and burn off excess energy!




What do you love about the area? You literally have everything on your doorstep here! The amenities are fantastic - pubs, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets and Southside shopping centre are all within very easy walking distance. I spent many a happy hour eating and drinking at the Ship, the Alma and Konnigans, and sweated out the hangover in the nearby Virgin Active gym! Battersea Park is a beautiful riverside walk away, and Fulham and Chelsea are within strolling distance too. You can easily cycle into Victoria and central London from here, and the area is extremely well-connected with bus routes. Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town stations are both within a ten minute walk from the property. For me, the location has been perfect for its convenience and its proximity to the river.
