What do you love most about your home?




Our flat is modern and well laid out. We love the amount of space and natural light we get throughout the day. The floor-to-ceiling windows fill the rooms with light, while the breeze flows through from the kitchen and bedrooms into the hallway. The bedrooms are generous in size and there is enough storage space in the flat to make you feel relaxed and clutter-free. We can park our car in a safe indoor garage and the concierge staff are lovely and always helpful.




Why are you moving?




Our family is growing and we need more space and a garden.




What do you love about the area?




We love the vibe in the area. It has an excellent blend of tranquility and vibrancy. Throughout the year many of the young families in the local community come out to socialise in the communal areas. There are genuinely nice restaurants like Plough Way Cafe and Pear Tree that are just downstairs. The selection of coffee, Italian food and fresh bread from Plough Way Deli is also awesome. With transport links you are spoilt for choice: Surrey Quays station is a 12-minute-walk, whereas walking to Canada Water station takes us just under 16 minutes along a picturesque, traffic-free path. When we want to avoid the tube altogether we use the ferry from Greenland Pier, which is less than 5 minutes away on foot. You can walk 6 minutes North and get lost in nature in Russia Woodland or you can walk 14 minutes South West for craft beer and independent restaurants in Deptford. We spent many a summer day walking along the Thames Path down to Greenwich.
