Owners Comments:   What do you love most about your home?  The flat has a great sense of space and we love the high ceilings and large living room with its generous bay window, overlooking the cherry tree in the street outside which has beautiful pink blossom every spring. It has a good-sized kitchen overlooking the garden, with space for a breakfast table and a utility/ airing cupboard, that are very practical. The cellar provides a fantastic space for storage, which is a big advantage. Why are you moving? We've lived happily in the property for over seven years and love the area, but we're moving because we would like to grow our family. What do you love about the area? On the weekends we love being able to stroll to nearby Brockley Market with its excellent local produce and pop-up street food stalls, or to head down to leafy Brookmill Park at the bottom of our road. There are some great pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. We especially enjoy having a drink at The Brookmill pub, coffee at No. 50 Friendly Street or having wine and Tapas at Little L’Oculto in the evenings.
