What do you love most about your home?




The large south-facing balcony gives all day sunshine and ample space for sunbathing, eating and working from home, with uninterrupted views across the south east. Full length windows give a light and airy feel to the large open living space, and we love the kitchen for hosting and having parties around the island. As a large one bedroom flat we have lots of storage space, even a walk in wardrobe.




Why are you moving?




We're looking for a bigger place with extra room for starting a family. We love the flat and the area but need more space.




What do you love about the area?




Transport options are brilliant; trains to London Bridge in 11 minutes, Charing Cross and Blackfriars in around 20 minutes. There's an Overground station within walking distance and the Bakerloo tube line extension planned for the area too. Ladywell fields is literally on the doorstep with tennis courts and other amenities, you walk out of the front door into green space. On the other side of the park there's Ladywell high street with shops, restaurants and a great local pub. There's also Catford with pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and a new independent cinema.
