This is where we spend most of our time as the space works really well as a lounge, diner, office, guestroom. Why are you moving? Our family is growing fast and we'd like to move closer to friends and family so they can help us look after our furry and non-furry kids more easily. What do you love about the area? Catford is a lovely area - It is conveniently located in zone 3 and next to 2 stations that take you to central London in 20 minutes. There are quite a few parks around, one right next to the development - you can get really good sunset views towards London from some of the more hilly parks. We like that there are local shops and cafes in Catford and the surrounding area. It is a great place for families too with a nursery in the development and a few excellently rated schools around. All neighbours are very friendly and willing to help, there is a great sense of community within the development. People help each other and often exchange unwanted furniture and other bits for free or meet at the pub to socialise. We can also always find someone to collect our packages or water the plants.
