What do you love most about your home? We love how light and airy the flat is - we have floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and living room and it really opens up the flat. We have a big balcony which is perfect for the summer, when we eat all our meals on it. The flat is a great home with lots of space, including a large kitchen and dining room which is perfect for entertaining.

Why are you moving? We've lived in the flat for five years. We love living here and the area is perfect, and now we're looking for a property which we can renovate.

What do you love about the area? We're right by Burgess Park which is beautiful throughout the year and full of interesting places to walk and explore. We can walk into central London and have four tube/train stations nearby, and there's around 10 bus lines direct into London. We're on a quiet road but only a few minutes' walk from Camberwell High Street which has a great selection of shops, pubs, bars and restaurants (Silk Road has amazing Chinese food and Stormbird has a superb selection).
