What do you love most about your home? It's very spacious for a one bedroom flat with a good sized kitchen/living area and bedroom. Even with the two of us and a young child living here, it has never felt cramped. The amount of storage space in the flat helps a lot in this regard. The balcony is also a great size and gets so much sun. It's a wonderful space to relax, play and test our gardening skills.

Why are you moving? The flat was great and served us well as a growing family. But now that we have another one on the way, we thought it was time to move into a bigger space.

What do you love about the area? It's in a brilliant location, with Burgess Park only a minute away and Camberwell Green and Peckham within walking distance. There are so many restaurants, bars, pubs nearby, we are always spoilt for choice. Being able to walk to the Stormbird for a few drinks and then onto Silk Road for a meal is always a great night out. The number of parks, galleries and museums around the area within walking/cycling distance also give us plenty to do, especially with our young family. We've been in the area for more than a decade and Camberwell has changed so much in that time. It's so welcoming and there is a sense of community here.
