What do you love most about your home? The space and the views. It's a very spacious two bedroom flat, and we remember walking in for the first time and being surprised by how much space there was. We love the large open living room with floor to ceiling windows on both sides, and the views from the balcony, especially in summer, are really nice and we've spent many an evening out there.

Why are you moving? We've emigrating to Norway, to be closer to family.

What do you love about the area? The flat is well located on the border of Brockley, Crofton Park and Peckham, so it's been amazing for taking advantage of all those areas. It's walking distance to Hillyfield's park, Peckham Rye Park and surrounded by loads of other green space like Nunhead cemetery, one tree hill and honor oak sports ground.

It's 10 minutes to London Bridge on the train, and you have walking access (within 10-15 mins) to Brockley, Honor Oak, Crofton Park and Nunhead stations. This has been super convenient for us both for work and family outings. It's also great for pubs and restaurants, especially child friendly ones. We're a few minutes walk from the Ivy House which is a community owned pub, and the Waverly Arms is a quality Victorian pub. We're walking distance to Crofton Park where we love the beer dispensary pub, and where you can find the Rivoli Ballroom which is an absolute secret gem of London where they do popup gigs and shoot TV and Hollywood movies (for real!). Brockley central is also full of quality restaurants and coffee shops.

We've also been really happy with school choice and in general kids activities in the area, having
made use of lots of toddler and parent groups over the years. The area the best of both worlds in London. It's a solid, established community in a leafy area of London, a short train journey away from Central London.
