Open plan = loads of light and perfect for looking after our toddler - it meant we were constantly able to see what she was up to while remaining in the comfort of the living room!
Kitchen with island = a great space for us to socialise and cook at the same time … and loads of storage space!
Patio doors to the balcony - in the summer opening the doors in the living room and kitchen doubled the space
Master bedroom was a lovely large space (rare in London) - and the views from the bedroom were the icing on the cake
Penthouse flat feels exclusive and secure - we are the only ones with security access to the 13th floor
We also loved having the private gym facilities on our doorstep - it's difficult to ignore when it's so close

Literally everything on our doorstep ...
The David Lloyds sports facility down the road (with swimming pool) is a real luxury on our doorstep
Having a Sainsburys on the ground floor meant that food shopping was super convenient
The Depot - pub on the corner serves fantastic food and has a lovely atmosphere - a great spot for families and Sunday roasts
Cator Park playground - everything our daughter needed to keep her entertained
Sutcliffe Park Sports Centre - One of London's premier climbing centres and a soft play - 10 mins
