What do you love most about your home? As soon as you reach the top of the stairs the multiple skylights flood the flat with light, especially in its open plan living area with fantastic storage, a fully equipped kitchen and floor to ceiling bookshelves. The large main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is an additional bathroom area, which is always helpful for a joint living space. The second bedroom, which we used for guests, has a floor to ceiling wardrobe and could easily be converted into an office or used as a child's room.

Why are you moving? I am leaving the UK.

What do you love about the area? The neighbours and community are wonderful; helpful and kind but not at all intrusive. The local train station (with a 15 min journey straight to London Bridge) is a short walk away making any commute extra easy, and the nearby pub with its huge garden, excellent menu and friendly staff is one of my favourites in London. The road is quiet but convenient and houses couples and small families. A truly lovely part of London. There is allotment space nearby too.
