What do you love most about your home? The high ceilings and large sash bay windows that let light in all day make it a really pleasant place to be. Having recently refurbished the flooring and kitchen I have enjoyed using the modern contemporary features within a period home. The LTN means it is really peaceful, you can even hear the church bells ring.

Why are you moving? I have lived in London all my adult life, and owned this home for 13 years. But it is now time for me to move out of the city and back to the countryside nearer my parents.

What do you love about the area? This home is perfectly located, the best of all worlds. Sitting next to vibrant Brixton with the undercover market with its wonderful restaurants and bars, with the train and tube station nearby (where you always get a seat!). It is also just minutes from central Herne Hill, and Brockwell Park. I have loved going to the Lido in the summer for a swim and the farmers markets for the best coffee and cake on a Sunday. As a keen runner I can also be in Dulwich Park or Clapham Common in 15mins and have loved exploring all the green areas nearby.
