What do you love most about your home? We fell in love with the beautiful Victorian features throughout the whole flat and the gigantic front room. We are pleased with the transformations we made to the property over the past few years; the new shower room, new toilet, beautiful cast iron radiators and new windows. There are many wonderful parts of our home to unwind in. The bifolding doors which lead out to the garden are a notable treat; a sun trap south facing private garden with the majestic apple tree providing needed shelter from the sunshine in the summer and some decadent apples for a crumble in the winter. Our kitchen area is the perfect home working space, away from the living and sleeping areas. It’s also a fantastic entertaining space with beautiful light all day and into the evening.
Why are you moving? We are ready for our next adventure!
What do you love about the area? Being so close to Brockwell park and the lido was very important for us. There’s a great selection of local Independent breweries plus the excellent Perks and white coffee shop in both Tulse Hill and Herne Hill. The Tulse Hill hotel is a great hotel for the extended family to stay at and we are lucky to have some excellent restaurants very close by and the Sunday market in Herne Hill. We very much love the area. We are also only a few minutes walk to Tulse hill station with great and frequent links to central London.

Tulse Hill offers an array of shops and amenities, as well as lovely open spaces including nearby Brockwell Park. Neighbouring Herne Hill also provides a vibrant selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as alternative rail links. Viewings are highly recommended.
