What do you love most about your home? It's a quiet and peaceful road with a lovely view out the kitchen to the back garden that when you open the bi folding doors you feel you're sitting in a room outside. It's a good shape to be able to choose to occupy the front or the back of the property creating personal space if you share the house with family or a partner. The flat has a real charm to it, especially at the back where the kitchen extends into a living space. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing after work.
Why are you moving? We love the space we live in at the moment, but it's just a little too small for our current needs. We are therefore looking to buy a house and might even move out of London to do so.
What do you love about the area? The views and walks - lots of green spaces. Also that Peckham Rye is a short walk away, as is Lordship Lane with everything you want in terms of coffee/bakeries/butchers/restaurants/ cinema etc. Close by to Peckham if you want a night out, amazing bars, restaurants and atmosphere. Close enough to central London for work and everything it has to offer.

The property is very conveniently located within easy access of East Dulwich station providing excellent links into Central London, as well as numerous regular bus routes connecting the surrounding area.
