What do you love most about your home?
It benefits from not having any adjoining neighbours which we feel unusual for a flat but it does mean our home is beautifully quiet. The light in the living room is amazing in the evenings, sunset comes in through the trees and reflects across the room, but our favourite part is undoubtedly the terrace, its very private and a wonderful sun trap. Perfect to unwind or entertain, and priceless the last few months.

Why are you moving?
As a result of the Stamp Duty holiday, we now have the opportunity to buy a 'forever' family home; otherwise we would have stayed in the flat for many more years. We're hoping to stay as close as possible, as we love the area so much.

What do you love about the area?
Where do I begin? The bakery at the end of the road is amazing, Scotch Meats farm food shop is a few minutes walk away and everything is so much better quality than at a supermarket. The Rosendale pub with its great beer garden is also a few minutes walk away and offers amazing roasts; perfect for an afterwork beer or unwind with friends & family. Bel Air park is also just a 5 minute walk away and offers tons of outdoor space to walk a dog, kick a ball or enjoy a picnic. Dulwich College School also has a sports center you can get membership too with pool and gym facilities and the joint (couples) membership is very reasonably priced. Transport wise it is ideal (for us anyway) - the No. 3 bus (Crystal Palace to Trafalgar Sq, via Brixton) stops just outside and we can be on West Dulwich platform within 5 minutes (Victoria 12 min journey). A little bit further afield some of our favourites are Herne Hill, including Brockwell park and the community greenhouses, Crystal Palace with a huge choice of restaurants and bars, and also Gypsy Hill Taproom a short walk away.
