What do you love most about your home?  The rooms are bright and airy by day (making it feel light and spacious) and cosy at night. It's also really peaceful, situated away from the main road. There's fantastic storage including a huge cupboard that we use as a walk-in wardrobe, meaning there's lots of space in the bedroom. The private balcony entrance adds an extra layer of security and is a lovely place to fill with plants for a welcoming return home. 

Why are you moving?  We've recently had a baby so simply need another bedroom. We've had four really great years in this flat and if it were just the two of us we would continue to be very happy here! 

What do you love about the area?  We're just a few minutes walk away from Crystal Palace station which has great links into both London Bridge and Victoria as well as being on the Overground, making commuting a breeze. Also just a few minutes walk away is the Thicket Road entrance to the wonderful Crystal Palace Park - and the fantastic Brown and Green park café (for beers on a summer's evening, or excellent coffee and possibly the world's best brownie!). There's a brand new artisan food market taking place here on Sundays, and of course the 'Triangle' with super restaurants, pubs and the Everyman cinema is just a stroll up the hill. There's such a friendly, community feel to the area, whilst still having the London buzz.
