What do you love most about your home? The private garden with decking, secure shed and smaller storage shed provides lots of useable outdoor space. The garden gets the best of the light for the first 2/3 of the day and is pleasantly shaded in the evening. This has been a godsend in the last few months spending more time at home. The second bedroom has been great, used as an office space to work from home and to accommodate guests. The large living room with west facing bay window gets amazing sunset light and is an ideal place to relax at the end of the day.  




Why are you moving? We are only moving for more space as our family grows. We have loved living here.  




What do you love about the area? There are three parks close by; Beulieu Heights, Grangewood Park and The Lawns. The latter being directly across the road with a fantastic wooded area for secluded walks. Crystal Palace Park with all its amenities is only slightly further at a 15 min walk. We are a short walk from Crystal Palace Triangle with some of our favourite restaurants and bars. The triangle also has some amazing independent coffee shops and boutiques. The property is equidistant from a number of large supermarkets and there is a corner shop, launderette, charity shop, cafe and a fantastic chip shop only 1 or 2 minutes' from our front door.
