Comments from the owner: What do you love most about your home? We love our roof terrace, which is like having another room. It's south facing so gets sun all day in the summer, and over looks lovely private gardens and a park. We've enjoyed many great days out there entertaining friends and family.   Why are you moving?   Only to have more space. We're both working from home more regularly, and are looking to set-up an office/studio area.   What do you love about the area?   We're within walking distance of the Crystal Palace triangle and Gypsy Hill, both of which have become really vibrant areas over the last few years. Many of the local bars have been refurbished, and new coffee shops, restaurants and homeware stores appear regularly. Our local brewery at Gypsy Hill recently opened a tap room, which is great fun in the summer. We meet friends for coffee most Saturday mornings, and Crystal Palace park is a good place for long walks at the weekend.   The transport links are also good for the city. London Bridge and Victoria are both only around 25 minutes from Crystal Palace.
