We're moving because we'd like a bit more space and a private garden. What do you love about the area? It's really nice to be right next to Kennington Park which is a lovely oasis of green space to have on your doorstep. It has an outdoor gym, events in the summer, and a nice coffee shop. Our favourite pub in the area is the White Bear on Kennington Park Road (<5 minutes walk), which has a good restaurant, friendly pub atmosphere, garden and upstairs theatre. It's great for a lazy Sunday afternoon with board games and beers with friends. We're also fond of Mercato Metropolitano, a 20 minute walk away, near the Ministry of Sound, for great food and drink and a nice community vibe. Finally, there's no better location if you're into the Cricket, with the Oval just down the road.
