What do you love most about your home?
My favourite thing is the huge stained glass window in the hallway and the way the light comes in. I also love the high ceilings and other period features including original fireplace in the bedroom, and beams in the living room/hallway. There's access to a huge attic which is really great for storage space. In the Summer, the large front garden is a nice place to sit or have a BBQ.

Why are you moving?
My boyfriend and I will be buying a house together locally. We'll move into his place first meaning that this will be chain free.

What do you love about the area?
There are so many great restaurants on your doorstep. Kudu is a real favourite, as well as Blackbird Bakery, Peckham Cellars, Pedler, Mamma Dough and Smokey Kudu for Cocktails. It's really close to the station and you can be in London Bridge in 10 minutes or Shoreditch in 20 minutes. It's a short walk to Telegraph Hill with great views of London and a lovely Saturday market, and Peckham Rye Park for a nice stroll. Nunhead also has some more nice restaurants and pubs, and Nunhead station gives you access to the Thameslink and trains to Victoria.
