What do you love most about your home?
We love that the flat is on the top floor and in a quiet block so we are never disturbed. It's light, spacious and airy in the summer due to the large windows whilst also being cosy in the winter and an easy flat to keep warm. The fact it has a kitchen separate to the living room made it a very easy space to live in.

Why are you moving?
We originally moved out of the property due to a job opportunity abroad and since returning to the UK have settled outside of London to start a family.

What do you love about the area?
We love the location of the flat, especially being just a few steps away from Burgess Park. The new bars that are opening around Peckham and Elephant and Castle also make it an exciting and ever-changing place to live. We also love how much light the main rooms get year round and the fact that you can see the London Eye from the balcony, great for the fireworks at New Years too!
