Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
I love the fact that the property has its own front door and is split level, really making it feel like a home. There is an office room to the rear of the property which we use as an extra double bedroom, the rooms are all great sizes, and it's a lovely quiet street. There is a great communal living space and it was a lovely first home for our daughter and friends, and in later years a fantastic rental.
Why are you moving?
I have owned this property for 13 years, firstly as a home for my daughter and secondly as a rental property. This is a regrettable sale due to a death in the family and circumstances changing, but it has been a great property for us over the years and I am sure that the next owner will love it just as much as we have.
What do you love about the area?
The flat is excellently located between the outdoor spaces of Burgess Park, Peckham Rye and everything in between. Peckham as an area is just getting better and better with new restaurants and bars opening all the time. The flat is easy walking distance to Peckham & Camberwell's finest independent cafes, restaurants and pubs such as Fowlds, Camberwell Arms, Montpellier, Artusi, Forza Wine and Kudu. Commuting to London Bridge and beyond is very easy from Peckham Rye as well as easy cycling distance to the city and even walkable for a nice Friday morning start to the day.
