What do you love most about your home?
It feels cosy and secure as it is on the first floor, tucked away from the street. In winter it doesn't require so much heating as it is in the middle of the building. It is low maintenance and bright flat with attractive outlooks in both directions on Choumert Mews and leafy Choumert Road. The bedroom faces the private mews so it's very quiet. The rooms are good sizes and proportions and there is space to work from home. There are very friendly neighbours in the other two flats.

Why are you moving?
I had a baby so my partner and I want to buy a family home.

What do you love about the area?
The outdoor vibe of the area - lots of cafes and restaurants with tables on the street or in gardens, not to mention the spaces under the railway arches and the Bussey rooftop bar which all have such a good atmosphere in summer. The vibrant and ever-changing Peckham scene. Being right over the road from a friendly pub with outdoor space and great food. Being less than 5 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station. Warwick Gardens is lovely and a very short walk away.
