What do you love most about your home? The south-facing garden gets all of the sun all day, and the location between 3 great parks and right on the Q1 cycle route makes it super handy when we want to go out a bit more. The house itself has good space for the family and for socialising, with our favourite room being the kitchen/dining room. Adding separate office space detached from the main house has made working from home much easier too.

Why are you moving? We're moving because we want another adventure and to be closer to family.

What do you love about the area? Being a cul-de-sac means the road is really quiet and being so close to footpaths and cycle routes into Deptford and Greenwich one way and London Bridge the other is fantastic. We're 7 minutes walk from New Cross and New Cross Gate stations or a 20 minute cycle into London. One of the most useful things about living here is the small parade of shops just over the road with an excellent fresh fruit and veg shop, a well-stocked mini-market, and even a small post-office. We've loved evening strolls to Deptford market yard for tapas or an al-fresco beer, or a hike up to watch the sunset at Telegraph hill. Early mornings with the kids take us to the lovely cafe in Folkestone gardens for coffee.
