What do you love most about your home?
Our home is very airy, and it has plenty of sunlight coming in throughout the day. The apartment faces South and offers a great view free of high buildings. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe with sliding doors and space for a king-size bed and additional furniture. You can see The London Eye lit up at night, which is quite nice! The second bedroom has been renovated into an office/guest bedroom, and it has a lot of storage space. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with top of the range appliances. The bathroom is very modern, sleek and spacious. The apartment is very well insulated, we only used the heating system on rare occasions because there is truly no need, the flat catches a lot of sunlight it stays warm for most days and nights. You are a few steps away from excellent transport links and still far enough from the noisy area around the train station.
Why are you moving?
We decided to move back to Portugal to stay close to family, and we are seeking for a quieter life out of the city.
What do you love about the area?
There are supermarkets as well as food markets, pubs, pharmacies, schools, parks, coffee shops, high street shops, a shopping centre, and great parks literally a few minutes away by foot, as well as the nicest nearby villages such as Ladywell, Greenwich and Blackheath. There is a great community spirit as well, and people in the neighbourhood are very friendly!
