What do you love most about your home?
It's a peaceful sanctuary - the building is quiet and I love the large windows that overlook the trees in the garden. Having an ensuite bathroom is a huge benefit and not very common with 2 bedroom flats. The secure parking is a great asset and gives me peace of mind knowing my car is safe.
Why are you moving?
I'm moving out of London for a change in lifestyle.
What do you love about the area?
The location is exceptional, you can get into Oxford Street in 20 minutes, with the Northern Line, Jubilee Line and Overground all within walking distance. And being halfway between Primrose Hill Park and Hampstead Heath means there's plenty of green space nearby. There are so many lovely shops and cafes in the vicinity, from Hampstead High Street, to Belsize Village to Primrose Hill.
Accommodation comprises entrance hall with inbuilt storage, leading into the bright and spacious reception room, flooded with natural light from wide double glazed windows and door out onto the private balcony with garden views. The separate kitchen comprises a sleek range of matching wall and base units with quartz worktop incorporating inset sink unit, gas hob with overhead extractor and electric oven below, and further space for appliances. There are two well sized double bedrooms, each with bespoke inbuilt storage, and with en-suite shower to the master, plus a stylish family bathroom with white three piece suite and elegant tiling.
The property is ideally located just a short walk from Belsize Park station, Chalk Farm, Kentish Town West and Hampstead Heath stations, as well as numerous regular bus routes, all providing excellent cross-London connections. The property is also just a short distance away from fashionable Primrose Hill and Camden with their array of boutique shops, cafes and markets, with the beautiful open spaces of Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill itself, also within a short walk.
