Comments from the owner

What do you love about the property?

We love how bright, quiet and spacious the flat is within such a great location. Being on the top floor means that the flat is flooded with light and away from the noise of the street and neighbours.

Being over 780sqm+ means there is plenty of space to comfortably live and this is enhanced further with inbuilt cupboards in both rooms and additional loft storage. The newly fitted kitchen is always commented on by our friends and because it is separate means that you can cook up a storm without filling the flat. The main bedroom is our favourite room as there is so much space.

We have friendly neighbours who are always up for a chat and maintain a clean common area. It ticks the box in regards to being sold as freehold so there is that peace of mind with future ownership and resale.

Why are you moving?

We are moving to make room for a growing family.

What do you love about the area?

The home is close to everything you need, has great transport connections into London and is only a short walk away from the renowned Gladstone park. There has been many new/refurbished cafes and restaurants on the high street over the years with Gails recently opening. Sanzio's, Beer & Burger and a great Caribbean place - Coco B's are our favourite places to dine.

Situated on the Jubilee line means its easy to get to the centre and east London by tube or bus. It's also quiet handy to get to a number of airports with Heathrow being a 35min car ride away and good connections to Luton and Stanstead with buses and trains on nearby Jubilee train stations. We love to walk and there is plenty of nice areas within walking distance with Queens Park, West Hampstead and Kensal Rise to name a few.The Borough of Brent has been named the UK's 2020 Borough of culture and there is plans for the events to occur next year.
