- It's a very bright, well laid out flat with lots of space and direct garden access within a small, friendly low-rise block that has a good community spirit. Roundwood Park is moments away and there are regarded primary and secondary schools.

- We are looking for something bigger and need one more bedroom!




What do you love about the area?




- It's diverse, exciting area that offers everything you could want within walking distance. Rubio's, an award-winning diner, is just around the corner. Down the road are Alma's, a homely Swedish cafe, and the excellent Oak gastropub. The high street offers a unique mixture including Portuguese cafes, West Indian food stores and reggae record shops, with a balance towards independent traders rather than chains. We also recommend trying Centro Galego de Londres, a Spanish restaurant feels more like a community club, and the family run Tong Kanom Thai restaurant. The designer shops and restaurants of Kensal Rise are just a 15 minute walk away, while Willesden Junction station provides myriad transport links. Just south of the station is the Old Oak and Park Royal development, which is certain to bring more investment into the area.
